CP NewsAlert: Amber Alert issued for one-year-old girl missing in Quebec

MONTREAL — Quebec police have issued an Amber Alert for a one-year-old child who they say was abducted. They say Laura Macphee was taken this morning in St-Louis-de-Blandford, Que., about 90 kilometres southwest of Quebec City.

They say Laura Macphee was taken this morning in St-Louis-de-Blandford, Que., about 90 kilometres southwest of Quebec City.

Police are asking people to watch for a red 2008 Toyota Corolla with Nova Scotia licence plate HCT 840 and to call 911 if they have any information.

The suspect is identified as Jessie-Wayne Macphee, 31, and police are advising the public not to approach him.
