For this week only, Vancouver Coastal Health is allowing people aged 70 and over to drop in to receive their vaccination if they don’t already have an appointment booked.
The authority is asking residents to bring their ID and personal health number.
You will not need to book an appointment for the Squamish clinic this week.
VCH will be opening additional appointments in Coastal rural communities the week of April 25.
As of April 7, approximately 75% of the Coastal rural senior population is now vaccinated.
