Eligible frontline staff — 30 and over — can get themselves vaccinated now, Squamish

This includes educational staff, childcare staff and first responders born 1991 or earlier.

Vaccinations for Squamish are being held at Brennan Park in the ice arena area through August.

Frontline staff in town who have a direct invite from their employer can get themselves vaccinated at the Brennan Park Recreation Centre.

Vancouver Coastal Health says K to 12 educational staff aged 30 and over; staff at licensed childcare facilities aged 30 and over; and first responders aged 30 and over are now eligible.

The AstraZeneca vaccine will be offered at this clinic.

It’s recommended for folks aged 30 and over — people born in 1991 or earlier.

If you are not eligible for this vaccine, or prefer a different vaccine, others will be offered to your priority group at a later date.
