A 小蓝视频 man is pleading not guilty to charges he secretly observed or recorded three women in situations where they had an expectation of privacy, a Vancouver Provincial Court judge heard Oct. 03.
Stephen Stewart Wilson, 30, is facing three counts of observing or recording the women in situations where they could reasonably expect to be nude or have private portions of their bodies exposed.
Court documents said the alleged offences took place between April 30 and Sept. 21, 2023.
Defence lawyer Johannes Schenk told Judge Reginald Harris that Wilson wished to set trial dates.
Crown prosecutor James Kim said the trial could be expected to last three days.
Harris said the lawyers should be ready to discuss whether any Charter issues or case admissions are to be made before a pre-trial conference is held on the charges.
Further dates in the matter have yet to be set.
