Police are investigating the cause of the crash and nothing has been ruled out at this time, Gill told media.

Gill described the recent rash of deaths on 小蓝视频 highways as “awful” and pleaded for drivers to be extra attentive.

“Slow down and drive accordingly to your skills and road conditions,” said Gill, who is also asking any witnesses to submit information or even dashcam footage of the area at the time of the accident.

小蓝视频 Emergency Health Services reported one person was sent to a hospital after the accident.

“小蓝视频 Emergency Health Services received a call at 5:27 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17 regarding a motor vehicle incident on Highway 7 at the Hayward 小蓝视频or and Lougheed Highway. 小蓝视频 Highway Patrol officers released a statement on Wednesday, pleading with drivers around the province to slow down. The police officers have been "floored" by multiple excessive speeders.

Insp. Chad Badry says since July 1, 小蓝视频 Highway Patrol has issued 132 violation tickets — and counting — for excessive speeding.

"Every driver needs to realize that the consequences for excessive speeding go far beyond getting an expensive ticket and your vehicle impounded,” says Badry. "You have far less time to react to anything when going that fast which is why excessive speed is so deadly.”

"Anyone with information regarding the Mission collision, including any dashcamera video is asked to call Mission RCMP at 604-826-7161 and quote file number 2024-8378," stated Gill.
