1. On todayApril 5, check out The Great Divide - Canada's Tribute to The Band at Brackendale Art Gallery: Café & Culture Centre, at 41950 Government Rd, from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

"The Great Divide perform the music of The Band from their careers with Bob Dylan, through Music From Big Pink and up to The Last Waltz. Fully seated show. Come early for dinner & drinks before the show," reads the listing.

2. Also on April 5, is Bobcaygeon: Tragically Hip Cover Band playing at Trickster's Hideout, located at 38005 Cleveland Ave. from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. 

"Join us for a night of iconic Canadian rock as Bobcaygeon, a talented Tragically Hip cover band, brings the music of one of Canada’s greatest bands to life. From beloved classics like Ahead By a Century to New Orleans Is Sinking and, of course, Bobcaygeon, this tribute show will take you on a nostalgic journey through the Hip’s legendary catalogue," reads the listing.

3. On April 6, you can head out to see Raine Hamilton, at the Brackendale Art Gallery, from 7 to 10:30 p.m.

"Resonant, acoustic chamber folk with an otherworldly edge, and a lyric presence that cuts deep. Prism-clear vocals + strings." reads the listing. 

"Fully seated show. Come early for dinner & drinks before the show."

4. On April 8, see your MP candidates in action at the 2025 Federal Election All Candidates Meeting, at the Squamish Campus of CapU, located at 3200 University Blvd, from 6 to 8 p.m. 

"At CapU Squamish's Multi Purpose Room ... an evening of candidate presentations moderated by Megan Veck, Principal of Veck Government Relations and Public Affairs, and take the opportunity to engage with candidates from the federal parties," reads the listing.

5. On April 10, check out A Story of Karma: Author Talk with Michael Schauch, at the Squamish Library, located at 37907 2 Ave., from 6:30 to 8 p.m. 

"Join us at the library to hear from Squamish-based author Michael Schauch, who will be reading from his book A Story of Karma: Finding Love and Truth in the Lost Valley of the Himalayas, an 'inspiring story about nature and human connection,'" reads the listing.

6. Looking ahead to April 24, save the date for the Your Closet Catwalk Fashion Show at Brackendale Art Gallery from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

"We invite fashion enthusiasts, trendsetters, and eco-conscious individuals to witness a unique runway experience where models showcase stunning outfits crafted entirely from their existing closets," reads the listing.
