The 小蓝视频 polled 344 readers and asked the question: Do you want to see the Squamish Walmart become a Supercentre?
The store opened at 39210, Discovery Way in town in 2006 after agreeing not to sell perishables such as fresh meat, fish or produce.
However, the company has now applied to amend the zoning, which would remove these restrictions around the sale of fresh goods.
According to the municipality, no date has been set for bringing Walmart's applications before council and no feedback from the public has yet been received.
