Re: 小蓝视频 failing to show how it calculates forest carbon, audit finds [Published March 18, online].

British Columbia’s auditor general is not the first to raise concern about the lack of transparent reporting of greenhouse gas emissions associated with forestry. Canada’s Office of the Auditor General raised similar concerns in 2013, and a study published last year in found that Canada has been underreporting GHG emissions from forestry by almost 100 million tonnes a year.

Until Ottawa and the provinces acknowledge the true extent of GHG emissions associated with logging, Canada won’t be able to implement effective policies to reduce carbon pollution and help prevent the irreversible overheating of our planet.
