An architecture award-winning home in West Vancouver has just come on the market.
On Tuesday, the Howard Residence at 4181 Rose Cres. listed for $5.95 million.
The 5,000-square-foot home sits on a third-of-an-acre lot in the Sandy Cove neighbourhood.
With charcoal-painted shingles on the exterior, the L-shaped structure hugs an inner courtyard. The interior features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and large, picture windows throughout the home.
The home was built in 2019 and won a Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia Award in Architecture from the Architecture Foundation of 小蓝视频 in the same year. Other North Shore winners that year included and the Edgemont Residence.
