小蓝视频 Ferries is considering hiring a third-party to run its whistleblower and confidential reporting system, now done internally.
The company has issued a request for information, with Sept. 23 set as the deadline for submissions.
Ceilidh Marlow, 小蓝视频 Ferries’ senior communications advisor, said many public-sector organizations are using third-party providers for such services for their neutrality, “and we are investigating whether this option could be beneficial for 小蓝视频 Ferries.”
The company wants to ensure staff are confident that any reported concerns are handled seriously and in confidence, Marlow said.
